This place is well-situated close to the promenade, making it easy to take a pleasant walk to town and the shops, with friendly staff and hosts.

Hotel location was within walking distance bodafon farm park. Free parking nearby was provided. Room met standard.

Had a really great stay for two nights, couldn't recommend more this place. We had a good breakfast with lovely sausages, for all tastes. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and lovely location next to very close to the Theatre.

This place offers impeccably clean and relatively spacious rooms with a pleasant rear view, comfortable beds, and a nice variety for breakfast.

The room was pristine and new, with a private bathroom and lounge area, comfortable beds, and excellent amenities.

Lovely surroundings and very well decorated. We had one of the smaller rooms, but we asked fore this. Although the standard was very high. Anita was ever ready to make our stay as comfortable as possible. But I felt there was little more we could expect from her and Nick. The dining room and food was also very good and I wish I'd taken advantage of requesting an evening meal when I booked. Well done to Nick and Anita. In under 2 years proprietorship they have created a very pleasant hotel that you will want to revisit, or be satisfied that your time in Llandudno was made something special by the Ascot. Thank you

Very warm at the time of our visit, and I would have welcomed a fan in the room. But I know if I'd asked for one, I would have received one.

The building was very pleasant and had a peaceful location just off the promenade for walking and views, and the town center. The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable towards all guests. The breakfast included eggs, bangers, and bacon with lovely sausages.

Warm welcome and helpful information given about restaurants, etc. Very clean and warm room and very comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee.

Very flimsy plastic drinking vessels in bathroom. As this is an adult only hotel I think adults could be trusted with glasses. Biscuits provided on the first day only of a three day stay was I think a bit mean. Shower very small but typical of many B & Bs.
